Registration

Presenting authors must register for the congress before the 5th of May, otherwise the abstract will be rejected and it will not be included in the programme. In case you are not able to attend the congress and you want to withdraw your abstract, or in case your paper will be presented by one of the co-authors please contact us urgently before the 5th of May.

General instructions for full oral presentations

1.- ) The session, date and time assigned to your oral presentation is indicated in the abstract acceptance letter. The name of the meeting room will be indicated on the Agenda.
2.- ) The official language of the congress is English. Please bear in mind that the majority of the delegates are not native English speakers.
3.- ) The Presenting authors should arrive at the meeting room 15 minutes before the beginning of the session and introduce themselves to the chairpersons.
4.- ) Meeting rooms are equipped for PPT, PPTX and PDF projection. Personal laptops are not permitted. Please bring a copy of your presentation with you on a USB memory stick and deliver it to the technician at the Speakers Preview Room the day before your session. The technician will migrate your presentation to the corresponding meeting room. 
5.- ) The time allotted to each full oral presentation is indicated in the abstract acceptance letter. Please note that it is very important that for a smooth development of the congress all authors respect the presentation time.

General instructions for posters

1.- ) The poster session date and time and the poster final number will be notified in the near future.
2.- ) The list of posters will be available on the congress website and in the App.
3.- ) Posters will be displayed as traditional posters (printed in paper, not fabric) hung on a poster panel.
4.- ) Material to fix the posters on the panels will be available in the Registration desk at the venue.
5.- ) The maximum size of the poster must be 90cm wide and 135cm high portrait. Suggested size DIN-A0 (84,1cm wide x 118,9cm high).
6.- ) It is recommended to use font size 24 point to ensure it is legible. 
7.- ) The official language of the congress is English.
8.- ) The poster must include the title, authors, affiliations and contact address and email; and the following sections: background, materials and methods, results and conclusion.

Group A ( P01-A to P69-A ): Posters on display Thursday 08.30-12.30 h; Poster session Thursday 10.00-11.00 h.
Group B ( P01-B to P69-B ): Posters on display Thursday 13.30-17.00 h; Poster session Thursday 13.30-14.30 h.
Group C ( P01-C to P69-C ): Posters on display Friday 09.00-12.00 h; Poster session Friday 10.30-11.30 h.
Group D ( P01-D to P65-D ): Posters on display Friday 13.00-17.00 h; Poster session Friday 13.00-14.00 h.
