Cancellation Policies

Cancellation of your participation

In case of cancelling your participation to the Congress, the following policies will be applied:

  • Registrations cancelled before October 13th 2025 will be refunded except for 30 USD for management fees.
  • Registrations cancelled after October 13th 2025 will not be refunded.

Any cancellations or changes must be done via email to the Technical Secretariat: wfnmb2026@bcocongresos.com

Name change

Name changes will be applied without any extra cost to both registration and accommodation. They must be requested vie email to the Technical Secretariat: wfnmb2026@bcocongresos.com
