Please note that hotels will not accept any changes or cancellations directly. For cancellations or modifications, please send an email to wfnmb2026@bcocongresos.com In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applied: -In the event of cancellation before November 18th, 2025, the amount prepaid will be refunded less 40 USD Dollars handling fee per room cancelled. There will be no penalty or handling fee for the reduction of nights. -In the event of cancellation between November 19th, 2025 and January 7th, 2026, one night will be charged as a cancellation fee per room cancelled. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights. -In the event of cancellation/reduction in the number of nights from January 8th, 2026, or no-shows, the entire booking period will be charged. *Please note that credit card companies do not return fees for reimbursement. Any refund will be made after the meeting.
