Cancellation of your participation

The following cancellation policy will be applied for registrations:
- The cancellations of registrations received before March 22nd, 2026 will be refunded
- For cancellations received after this date, no refund will be made

 

*Please note that all refunds incur a 4% bank charge

*Refunds will be made once the congress is finished

Name change

Name changes can be made at no additional cost as long as they are requested via email to: t21rs2026@bcocongresos.com
