This form is for booking accommodation for the RDA Plenary Meeting 2017 to be held from 5th to 7th April 2017 at the Hotel Barceló Sants in Barcelona, Spain.

If you would like to avail of the local organiser service to reserve accommodation, please use the booking form below. We have selected the five hotels listed below, close to the venue and in the city centre with negotiated special rates for RDA Plenary 9 attendees.

In order to secure your booking, the deposit corresponding to one night's stay will be charged on your credit card. This amount will be deducted from your final bill when you check out from the hotel.

Summary
Terms and Conditions
All booking changes including cancellations must be made in writing to rda2017@barcelocongresos.com, not with the hotels. • In the event of cancellation before January 30th, the deposit will be refunded. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights. • In the event of cancellation between February 1st and March 15th 2017, one night of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights. • In the event of cancellation/ reductions in the number of nights from March 16th 2016 or no-shows, the entire booking period will be charged.
