TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Any cancellation or changes with your registration must be notified in writing to the Technical Secretariat (congresos@bcocongresos.com) and will be subject to the following conditions: Cancellations: For cancellations notified to the technical secretariat up until 15 May 2023, the amount paid will be reimbursed minus a 25% fee to cover administrative expenses. From 16 May 2023 the registration fee is non-refundable.
