Accommodation Cancellation

 

·         Cancellations received before 15th April 2015 will be fully refunded.

·         For cancellations received between 16th April 2015 and 15th May 2015, the deposit correspondent to one night's stay will be charged as a cancellation fee. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights.

·          For cancellations received from 16th May 2015 or no-shows, the entire booking period will be charged.


Refunds will be processed after the conference.
