REGISTRATION AND ACTIVITIES TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Any cancellation or alteration of your registration/activities must be notified in writing by email to Bco Congresos (miosmeetingeurope2024@bcocongresos.com). The following conditions will be applied: - Cancellations until January 22nd, 2024: Refund of fees minus 25% administrative charge. - Cancellations between January 13rd and March 15th, 2023: Refund of fees minus 50% administrative charge. - Cancellations after March 16th, 2023: Refunds will unfortunately no longer be possible. - All refunds will be processed after the congress.
