The fee includes: Coffee breaks, working meals, workshop attendance, parallel activities of the Congress, participation in cultural and social events prepared for the purpose, and access to the commercial exhibition room. It does NOT include, gala dinner, or farewell meal.

The day fee includes: Congress day program and the coffee breaks and the meal of that day, as well as participation in workshops of that day.

Registration and Accommodation Terms and Conditions
Cancellation and Changes Policy For cancellations or changes in accommodation, you must write via email to: lmhi2024@bcocongresos.com In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply: Cancellations of registrations received before July 2, 2024, will be entitled to a refund of the amount except for 30 euros for management fees. Cancellations received from July 3, 2024, will not be entitled to a refund. All refunds will be made once the Congress has ended. Canceled reservations or a reduction in the number of nights until June 25, 2024, the amount paid will be refunded, less €40 as management fees per canceled room. For reservations canceled or reduction in the number of nights between June 26, 2024 and August 19, 2024, 1 night will be charged as penalty. For canceled reservations or a reduction in the number of nights after August 20, the entire stay will be charged as a penalty. Any refund will be made after the Congress.
