  • 1 night payment will be requiered as a reservation guarantee.
  • Payment must be completed at least 1 month before the beginning of the Conference.


Cancellation Policies:

·         For any change or cancellation you must contact Barceló Congresos (jci2016@barcelocongresos.com). DO NOT CONTACT the hotel.

·         For cancellations until March 27th, one night of stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.

·         For cancellations received from 28th March, and no shows - the whole booking period will be charged.
