Accommodation


In order to secure your booking, the deposit corresponding to one night's stay will be charged on your credit card. This amount will be deducted from your final bill when you check out from the hotel.

Group bookings of ten or more rooms are subject to different conditions. If you wish to make a group booking please send an email to cistm2017@barcelocongresos.com

The amount that will be shown after selecting the check in and out dates is the total amount of your reservation, but only the deposit will be charged when booking the room.

Prices shown are per room and total stay, including breakfast and current VAT (10%). Tourist tax is not included.

Private transfers

We offer you the opportunity to book now your private transfer from the Barcelona Airport to your Hotel.

The transfer rate is 72€ (Euros) / car / way (VAT included) and the car may be shared by up to 3 people.

Please be informed that prices for transfers from 9 pm to 7 am will have a 20% surcharge over the established price (Night private transfer fee). If the transfer service is provided on bank holiday (not a working day), the rate per transfer will have a 25% surcharge over the established price (Holiday private transfer).

Terms and Conditions
Accommodation: - In the event of cancellation before March 27th, the deposit will be refunded. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights. - For cancellations between March 28th and April 12th, one night of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights. - For cancellations between April 13th and April 28th, de deposit of two nights will be charged as a cancellation fee. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights. - In the event of cancellation/ reductions in the number of nights from April 29th or no-shows, the entire booking period will be charged. All booking changes including cancellations have to be sent in writing to cistm2017@barcelocongresos.com, not to the Hotels. Tours: Under construction. Transfers: For cancellations up to 2 days (48 hours) prior to the transfer service, the amount paid will be refunded. After that period no reimbursement will be provided.

Payment
