Request form for groups and agencies ISH Congress 2024

 

You are about to complete your group registration application for the 30th Congress of the International Society of Hypertension (ISH 2024) which will take place in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia from September 19 to 22, 2024.

Please fill out the required fields (*) with the requested information and then click the "Submit" button (from the navigation bar at the bottom) to finish the form.

IMPORTANT: Once this application form is completed, we will contact you to confirm your group request and provide you with more information (participant details, payment), etc.

* Members of ISH and the Colombian/Allied Society must present a document proving their current membership.

Fees are in US Dollars (USD) and include: access to scientific sessions and commercial area, congress documentation, coffee breaks and Congress days.

Terms and Conditions
Registration cancellations received before June 1, 2024 will be entitled to a refund except USD 30 for administration fees. Cancellations received after June 1, 2024 will not have the right to a refund.
