GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any cancellation/modification should be sent in writing to the registration team.

Reimbursements will be processed one month after the Congress. Please note that credit card companies do not return the credit card fees in case of reimbursement.

Cancellation of your registration

The following cancellation policy will apply for registrations:

• Cancellations received before 22 June 2026 will be entitled to a refund of the amount except 30 EUR for management fees.
• Cancellations received on/fromr 22 June 2026 will not be entitled to a refund.

Any change or cancellation must be sent in writing by email to Bco Congresos at irt2026@bcocongresos.com.

Accommodation cancellation policy and nights reduction for Official Congress Hotel (Barceló Sants)

Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in writing by email to Bco Congresos: irt2026@bcocongresos.com.

• Please note that hotels will not accept any changes directly.
• In the event of cancellation before 10 February 2026, the amount prepaid will be refunded less 40 EUR handling fee per room cancelled. There will be no penalty or handling fee for the reduction of nights.
• In the event of cancellation between 10 February 2026 and 10 March 2026, one night will be charged as a cancellation fee per room cancelled. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights.
• In the event of cancellation/reduction in the number of nights from 11 March 2026 or no-shows, the entire booking period will be charged.

Name changes

Name changes, both for registrations and accommodation reservations, can be made at no additional cost, as long as they are requested in writing via email to: irt2026@bcocongresos.com.
