Registration terms and conditions --------------------------------------------------------- - Registrations unpaid by 1 October 2019 will be automatically cancelled without prior notice. - Cancellations received before 1 October 2019 will be 100% refundable except bank and administrative expenses. - Cancellations received on or from 1 October 2019 will not be refundable. - Reimbursements will be processed after the Congress. Hotel reservation terms and conditions --------------------------------------------------------- Any change or cancellation of the reservation must be sent in writing by email to Bco Congresos (iffd2019@bcocongresos.com). In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applied: -Before 1 September payment will be refunded with a penalty of 50€. -In the event of cancellation/reductions in the number of nights from 2 September, the entire booking period will be charged.
