During the Congress, the list of participants may be made available to all participants, via the Congress App and/or email, for the purpose of enabling the possibility to contact fellow participants and to connect with them before, during and after the Congress. Consent to be included in the participant list distributed to Congress sponsors

Sponsors organizing scientific and social events around the Congress may be supplied with the list of participants before the Congress. You will find the names and contact details of the sponsors in the Congress App. By consenting to sharing your personal data with these sponsors, you may be invited to these scientific and social events organized by these sponsors around the Congress. The personal data that may be supplied to the sponsors for this purpose are: your name, organization, country, and email address. Sponsors receiving the participant list may use your personal data solely for inviting you for the scientific and social events around the Congress and will delete the participant list ultimately on 31 October 2025. For how the sponsors handle your personal data we kindly refer to the privacy statements of the sponsors on their website.

  • Half-day City Tour (Sunday) first-come, first served basis, limited seats, choice of tour cannot change following the completion of the registration.
  • Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception (Sunday), Museum Evening (Monday), Cultural Evening (Tuesday), and YIN Party (Tuesday).

IMPORTANT WARNING
The Congress materials and documents will be readable and downloadable on the Congress App. Congress sessions’ recordings will be made available only to IFA members within 4 weeks following the end of the Congress via the IFA website.
