Please note that hotels will not accept any changes or cancellations directly. For cancellations or modifications, please send an email to estheticdays@bcocongresos.com In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applied: -In the event of cancellation before 13th February 2026, the amount prepaid will be refunded less a 370 DKK handling fee per room. There will be no penalty or handling fee for the reduction in the number of nights. -In the event of cancellation between 14th February and 8th July 2026, one night will be charged as a cancellation fee per room cancelled. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights. -In the event of cancellation/reduction in the number of nights from 9th July 2026 or no-shows, the entire booking period will be charged. *Please note that credit card companies do not return fees for reimbursement. Any refund will be made after the meeting
