· This registration form is only valid for one person. If you wish to register more than one person, you must create a new account by using a different email. Do not fill in the form for different persons, otherwise, you will override the previous account.

Visa Process / Letter of invitation

Participants that require an official invitation letter in order to obtain a visa, should apply for such an invitation by ticking the box below or directly contacting the organizers at estheticdays@bcocongresos.com. Participants must register and pay in full prior to receiving a visa letter. Visa letters are not available to participants who have not paid in full or who have canceled their registration.

If you are unable to receive a visa to leave your country or are unable to enter Spain contact us regarding a refund.

Shuttle service between the official congress hotels (Meliá Palma Marina, Innside Palma Bosque and Meliá Palma Bellver) and the congress venue will be provided by the organizers and the timetables will be available on the App and Hospitality Desk of each of the mentioned hotels.
