REGISTRATION, ACCOMMODATION AND ACTIVITIES TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Any cancellation or alteration of your registration/accommodation/activities must be notified in writing by email to Bco Congresos (emltd2023@bcocongresos.com). The following conditions will be applied: - Cancellations until January 13th 2023: Refund of fees minus 25% administrative charge. - Cancellations between January 14th and April 15th 2023: Refund of fees minus 50% administrative charge. - Cancellations after April 16th 2023: Refunds will unfortunately no longer be possible. - All refunds will be processed after the congress.
