Cancellations or changes in registration must be addressed via email to the Technical Secretariat: dimresidency@bcocongresos.com
Cancellations of registrations received before March 15, 2025 will be entitled to a refund of the amount except 100 USD (150 AUD) for management fees.
Cancellations received after March 16, 2025 will not be entitled to a refund.
