Cancellation Policies

Cancellation of your participation

In case of cancelling your participation to the Meeting, the following policies will be applied:

Registrations cancelled before August 24th 2026 will be refunded except for 30 USD for management fees.
Registrations cancelled after August 24th 2026 will not be refunded.

Any cancellations or changes must be done via email to the Technical Secretariat: iaoms-alacibu2026@bcocongresos.com

Please note that credit card companies do not return fees for reimbursement. Any refund will be made after the meeting.

Name change

Name changes will be applied without any extra cost to both registration and accommodation. They must be requested vie email to the Technical Secretariat:iaoms-alacibu2026@bcocongresos.com
