Cancellation policies

Cancellation of your registration

The following cancellation policy will apply for registrations:

• Cancellations received before 13 July 2025 will be entitled to a refund of the amount except 50 EUR for management fees.
• Cancellations received after 14 July 2025 will not be entitled to a refund. 
  Any change or cancellation must be sent in writing by email to Bco Congresos at euromat2025@bcocongresos.com

Accommodation cancellation policy and nights reduction

Please note that hotels will not accept any changes or cancellations directly. For cancellations or modifications, please send an email to euromat2025@bcocongresos.com
 
In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applied:

• All rooms can be cancelled before 9th May 2025 and the amount prepaid will be refunded less a 60 Euros handling fee per room. There will be no penalty for the reduction of nights. 

• For cancellations between 10th May and 8th August 2025, one night will be charged as a cancellation fee per room cancelled. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights. 

• For cancellation or reductions in the number of nights from 9th August or no-shows, the entire booking period will be charged. 

*Please note that credit card companies do not return fees for reimbursement. Any refund will be made after the meeting.

Name changes

Name changes, both for registrations and accommodation reservations, can be made at no additional cost, as long as they are requested in writing via email to: euromat2025@bcocongresos.com.

Invoice Reissue

Please ensure your billing details are correct. There will be a 50 Euro + VAT charge for the reissue of any invoice.
