You are about to register for the 21^st European Testis Workshop to be held in a virtual format, 30 May - 3 June, 2021.

Please read carefully the following instructions before filling out the online form. Further guidelines are provided on each page.

The Workshop registration fee includes:

Attendance to all virtual scientific sessions and a complete pdf copy of the miniposter book (available to all registered participants in advance before the Workshop).
Optional: a printed copy of the miniposter book can be sent by regular mail (extra cost 25€)

1) Payment Method 1.1) Registrations will not be confirmed without full payment. You can pay using your debit/credit card or by bank transfer. 1.2) If you intend to apply for a Travel grant, please keep in mind that you have to do a regular registration/payment. In the case that you have a positive reply from the organization, the value of the granted amount will be reimbursed afterwards. 1.3) Please note that the payment receipt will be issued in accordance with the information provided on your registration form. A fee of €25,00 will be charged for the reissue of invoices. 2) Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be electronically mailed. Refund of registration fee will be as follows: Until December 15, 2020: full refund (minus 25€ management fee). From December 16, 2020 until February 15th, 2021: 30% cancellation penalty. From February 16th, 2021 on: no refund. 4) Certificates of Attendance 4.1) Certificates will be sent after the meeting to all delegates who have attended the meeting.

Please proceed with the payment and you will receive an automatic confirmation letter with the details of your reservation. You can either pay by credit card or bank transfer.

PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER:
- If you pay by bank transfer, we need to receive the payment within the next 48 hours so that we can guarantee your registration and hotel reservation. Please send a copy of your wire transfer to etw2021@bcocongresos.com
- Payments must be made in EURO. All bank fees/commissions are payable by the sender
- Cleary indicate 'ETW 2021 + Participant's name' in the concept of your wire transfer
- Your registration will be confirmed when Bco Congresos has received the payment

Please complete your credit card details and click the 'Submit' button at the bottom in order to guarantee your participation in the conference. Your payment will be collected through our secure third party payment provider. Please note that the charge in your bank account will appear as "Barcelo Turismo - Palma Mallorca" or "Barcelo Turismo - Balearic Islands". If you have difficulties with the payment, check with your credit card provider. Some credit card providers place security measures on overseas payments to prevent fraud. You will receive an automatic invoice after finishing the process with the billing details you shared on the first page of this form.
