This form is for booking accommodation for the 18th Congress of the European Society for Organ Transplantation (ESOT) being held in the CCIB (Barcelona) from 24th to 27th September 2017.

Barceló Congresos has been appointed as the Official Housing Bureau for this congress. We have selected hotels close to the venue and in the city center with negotiated special rates for ESOT 2017 attendees.

Group bookings of ten or more rooms are subject to different conditions. If you wish to make a group booking please send an email to esot2017@barcelocongresos.com

Summary

Terms and conditions

All booking changes including cancellations must be made in writing to esot2017@barcelocongresos.com, not with the hotels. • In the event of cancellation before July 20th 2017, the deposit will be refunded. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights. • In the event of cancellation between July 21st 2017 and August 21st 2017, one night of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights. • In the event of cancellation between August 22nd and September 5th 2017, the deposit of two nights will be charged as a cancellation fee. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights. • In the event of cancellation/ reductions in the number of nights from September 5th 2017 or no-shows, the entire booking period will be charged.
