A_Parking Form Simple

Read the following instructions carefully before proceeding to purchase parking space vouchers. You will need a credit card to complete the booking process.

Use this form to book coach parking spaces for industry in Hall 6 of FIRA Gran Via, the ESMO 2019 congress venue in Barcelona.

Industry parking access is available at a cost of 20 Euros per day per vehicle.

Access is only available to coaches/buses and minibuses. Parking for cars is available near the congress main entrance.

The parking area is divided in 8 zones: A-H (see map below). Zones A and B are nearest to the pedestrian entrance to the congress. Parking spaces will be issued on a first-come-first-served basis, filling the zones in the following order: A/B, C/D, E/F, G/H.

Every effort will be made to ensure that companies bringing 2 or more vehicles will be located in the same zone.
Coaches can drop off delegates next to the entrance (Zones A/B) and then park in their designated parking zone.
Only congress badge holders can access the congress centre. There will be a shuttle bus taking delegates without accreditation to the main entrance.

Once registration is completed you will receive a confirmation letter with the services requested and an invoice.

Once the booking and payment is checked you will receive an email with parking space vouchers attached. Each voucher has a unique barcode and shows the assigned parking zone. The voucher must be clearly displayed in the vehicle windscreen and the barcode will be scanned in order to access Hall 6.
