Due to travel restrictions of the Czech Republic, Russian registrations cannot be approved.

Hotel direct reservation cancellation policy.

For the individual event participants who have booked their accommodation through the online link, cancellation fees shall apply under the following conditions:

Cancellation time and Cancellation fee (in EUR):

* Reservation cancelled between the 14 th day and 25 hours before arrival: Cancellation fee amounting to the price of the first night.

* Reservation cancelled 24 hours before arrival or later: Cancellation fee amounting to the price of the whole stay.
