You are about to register for the ESCI 2026 | 60th Annual Scientific Meeting taking place in Lisbon, Portugal, June 3 to 5, 2026. Complete your details, make a secure online payment, and you will receive an immediate confirmation email. Please have your credit card handy to complete the registration. Please fill the required fields (*) with the requested information for each section, and then click the 'Next' button (on the navigation bar at the bottom) to proceed to the next page.

IMPORTANT: This registration is only valid for one person. If you are a member of the ESCI Council, an invited speaker, or an ESCI Award winner, please do not use this form. Please contact the Technical Secretariat for instructions.

Billing details

Please be so kind to complete the following fields with the billing information of your company/institution/organization or with your personal details. The invoice will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in this form. The Technical Secretariat is registered in Spain and the issuing of a valid invoice is compulsory as per the Spanish fiscal and monetary regulations. After completing the registration form, you will automatically receive the invoice by e-mail.

TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER/VAT NUMBER :
a) If the invoice has to be issued to your company, institution or organization, please complete the corresponding field with its VAT number or tax identification number (TIN).
b) If the invoice has to be issued to you, please complete with your personal tax identification number (TIN) or alternatively with your passport number.
c) Spanish delegates: Please type your CIF, NIF or DNI without a dash or points (for example 12345678A).

⚠️ Important:

  • Please ensure that all billing details are correct before submitting the form.  
  • Once the invoice has been issued, any modification will incur a surcharge of €50 + VAT.  
  • If you do not receive your invoice within a reasonable time or require assistance, please contact the Technical Secretariat at esci2026@bcocongresos.com.

ESCI members, by virtue of their membership of the Society, can obtain a discount for the ESCI 2026 Meeting. Please become a (free of charge) member of ESCI by filling in this form (Application Form).
