Terms and conditions Any cancellation or alteration of your registration must be notified in writing and will be subject to the following conditions: Cancellation: Until 31 January 2018: refund of fee minus 25% administrative charge. Between 1 February - 30 April 2018: refund of fee minus 50% cancellation fee. From 1 May 2018: no refund Name Change: Before 30 April 2018: name changes will be charged 60€. After 1 May 2018: no name changes will be accepted. Miscellaneous: No-shows at the congress will be charged the full fee. A fixed price of 60€ will be charged for the replacement of lost badges. Refunds will be processed after the congress.
