Please enter the check-in and check-out dates. If you want to check-in before August 25 or check-out after August 31, then please go ahead and make the booking online for the dates of the congress and then send us an email to esc2017@barcelocongresos.com requesting the additional nights.

The amount that will be shown after selecting the check in and out dates is the total amount of your reservation. A deposit of 2 nights will be charged. The rest of the stay should be paid at the hotel when check out.
Prices shown are per room and total stay, including breakfast and current VAT (10%). Tourist tax is not included.

Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in writing by email to Barceló Congresos esc2017@barcelocongresos.com In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applied: - In the event of cancellation before 24th May 2017, full payment will be refunded. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights. - In the event of cancellation between 24th May 2017 and 24th July 2017, one night will be kept as a cancellation fee. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights. - In the event of cancellation between 25th July 2017 and 9th August 2017, two nights will be kept as a cancellation fee. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights. - In the event of cancellation/ reductions in the number of nights from 10th August 2017 or no-shows, the entire booking period will be charged.
