Welcome to the ERIC 2026 registration form


You are about to register for the ERIC 2026 International Meeting to be held in the World Trade Center Barcelona from 15 to 17 October 2026. 

Please consider the following points when completing your registration:

  1.  The number of places is limited to 350 participants.
  2. You can make the payment by credit card (Mastercard, Visa or American Express). The participant will be responsible for covering the bank charges related to the card transaction (Visa and Mastercard 2,5%, Amex 3,5%).
  3. This registration form is valid only for you. If you are an invited speaker, moderator, chairperson, discussant or faculty member please do not use this form and contact the Technical Secretariat at eric2026@bcocongresos.com for instructions.
  4. Please fill in the required fields (*) with the requested information for each section and then click the 'Next' button (on the navigation bar at the bottom) to proceed to the next page.

Prices are in Euros and include:

  • Full access to all scientific sessions and workshops 
  • Welcome reception, coffee breaks and bag-lunch

Workshop attendance

There will be 6 workshops which will be repeated 3 times during the congress. Attendance is optional and they are included in the registration fee. Please reserve a seat by clicking the workshops you want to attend. The number of places is limited, and they will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.

Payment

After finishing the process, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the payment receipt and an automatic invoice with the billing details you provided in this registration form.

Please note that the charge on your bank statement will appear as "Barcelo Turismo - Palma Mallorca" or "Barcelo Turismo - Balearic Islands." If you encounter any difficulties with the payment, please check with your credit card provider, as some providers implement security measures on overseas transactions to prevent fraud.
