Terms and conditions

Any cancellation/modification should be sent in writing to the registration team. Reimbursements will be processed one month after the Congress. Please note that credit card companies do not return the credit card fees in case of reimbursement.

Cancellation policies for registration

- Cancellations received before/on 26 August 2026 will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid except 50 EUR as management fee.
- Cancellations received from 26 August 2026 will not be entitled to a refund.

Name changes

Can be made at no additional cost if requested in writing to the Technical Secretariat (eric2026@bcocongresos.com).

All best endeavours will be made to present the programme as published. However, the ERIC 2026 Meeting and its agents reserve the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any arrangements, timetables, plans, or other items relating directly or indirectly to the congress, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. ERIC 2026 and its agents are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused because of such modifications and/or cancellation. Delegates are advised to take out their own travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions as the congress does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
