Your personal data will be included in the Conference participant list, which may be shared with the other Conference participants, the Hungarian IFA Branch, and also with the sponsors of the Conference if you consent thereto.
The participant list may be shared with all participants for the purpose of enabling the possibility to contact fellow participants and to connect with them during and after the Conference. The participant list may be shared with the Hungarian IFA Branch for the purposes of organizing and hosting the Conference. The participant list may also be shared with sponsors for the purpose of inviting participants to academic and social events organized around the Conference.
The refusal to share your data in the list of participants to other participants, the Hungarian IFA Branch and/or sponsors does not preclude the processing of the personal data for the purposes of the Conference registration and management of the Conference by the data controllers of the processing of personal data, i.e., the Internationale Vereniging van Belastingrecht and IFA events and publications B.V. (collectively IFA), P.O. Box 30215; 3001 DE Rotterdam, The Netherlands within the terms stated at the end of this form. Not giving your consent to sharing your personal data in this participant list also in no way affects your ability to participate in the Conference.
All personal data provided to IFA will be processed in a database, the purpose of which is to make all the necessary arrangements to organise and manage the Conference. By completing the registration form you are providing your consent to process your data by IFA for those purposes, as well as for the purpose of being kept informed about future IFA events. For the organization of the Congress, IFA will use the services of BCO Congresos who will process your personal data on IFA’s behalf, acting as data processor. Your data are essential to organize and host the Conference, and to manage your participation in sessions and social programme, hotel reservations, billing purposes, issuing certificates of attendance. Participants may withdraw their consent and exercise their rights of access, rectification, removal, and objection to the mentioned controller in the above-mentioned postal address or via email info@ifa.nl. If you have a concern about the way we have handled your personal data, you can lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Sponsors will be allowed to process the Conference participants list until 31 December 2025.
