FOR REGISTRATION AND PAID SOCIAL EVENTS: Cancellation must be notified in writing by email to BCO Congresos (epsplasma2020@bcocongresos.com). In case of cancellation, the following penalties will be applied: Up to 6 weeks prior to the conference (11 May 2020) and upon receipt of a written cancellation, a refund of fees, minus a 25% of administrative charge, will be processed. No refund will be granted if the cancellation is done less than 6 weeks before the conference start date. FOR ACCOMMODATION: Any change or cancellation of the reservation must be sent in writing by email to BCO Congresos (epsplasma2020@bcocongresos.com). In case of cancellation, the following cancellations policies will apply: Before 1 May 2020 payment will be refunded without penalty. No cancellation will apply in the reduction of nights From 2 May until 1 June 2020, the two-night deposit will be applied as penalty. No cancellation will apply in the reduction of nights. In the event of cancellation/reductions in the number of nights from/on 2 June 2020, the entire booking period will be charged. In case of no show, the entire period will be charged. INVOICING: Please ensure your billing details are correct. There will be a 50 Euro + VAT charge for the reissue of any invoice.
