For cancellations or modifications, please send an email to easd2019@bcocongresos.com In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applied: - In the event of cancellation before 10th May 2019, 2019 the amount prepaid will be refunded less a 40 Euros handling fee. There will be no penalty or handling fee for the reduction in the number of nights. - In the event of cancellation between 10th May 2019 and 3rd September 2019, one night will be charged as a cancellation fee. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights. - In the event of cancellation/reduction in the number of nights from 4th September , 2019 or no-shows, the entire booking period will be charged. Please note credit card companies do not return fees for reimbursement.
