GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any cancellation/modification should be sent in writing to the Technical Secretariat. Reimbursements will be processed one month after the Congress. Please note that credit card companies do not return the credit card fees in case of reimbursement.

 

Cancellation policies for registration

- Cancellations received before 17 March 2025 will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid except 30 EUR as management fee.
- Cancellations received on/from 17 March 2025 will not be entitled to a refund.


Name changes

Can be made at no additional cost if requested in writing to the Technical Secretariat (dcm2026@bcocongresos.com).
