You are about to make a reservation for the XXV Pan-American Conference of Naval Engineering, Maritime Transport and Port Engineering that will be held at the Megapolis Convention Centre in Panama from 16-19 October 2017. Please bear in mind that if you are an agency it is obligatory that you provide the e-mail address of the person who is registered so that they can receive the corresponding documentation (confirmation, possible changes that are requested, relevant information).

* Accommodation: - Any cancellations or changes in the reservations should be sent to Barceló Congresos by email to: copinaval2017@barcelocongresos.com - Reservations cancelled before 16 August 2017 will be entitled to a full refund. - Reservations cancelled between 16 August and 16 September 2017, will be charged one night. - As From 16 September 2017, any cancellations that we receive will not be entitled to a refund.
